Reflect, Reset and Reconnect

 

After a challenging year, this workshop is designed to bring teams back together to reflect, reset and reconnect. Spend the morning in our meeting room, where you set the agenda based on the needs of your team, then after lunch take part in a truly unique and memorable learning experience.Using horses to help humans learn, the afternoon session will enhance teamwork, communication skills, whilst building strong working relationships and developing trust.

An afternoon of fun, with added wellbeing benefits from being outside and working with our beautiful horses.

 

Course Overview

AM 

In the morning you will have full use of our meeting room and facilities. You set your own agenda to enable you to discuss what is important to your organisation. 

PM 

After lunch, we introduce your team to the benefits of Equine Assisted Learning. 

Equine Assisted Learning is a fantastic way to learn - partnering people with horses to help build communication skills, enhance team working and self-confidence. 

These workshops offer a powerful way for managers and team members to examine the impact their behaviour can have on others. 

Horses are particularly well suited to help humans develop. Highly sensitive, prey animals they are tuned into the moment. Horses respond to what's happening around them. That may be through verbal or non-verbal communication, conscious or sub-conscious behaviour. Their feedback will be instant and honest. 

During our Equine Assisted Learning session, delegates will be set a number of tasks and objectives - with an additional member in their team. One of our horses! 

This is a unique, fun and memorable way to develop team and interpersonal skills, whilst having fun and sharing new experiences! 

 

Measuring success and impact

As part of our onboarding protocol and course design we will seek to understand your goals for the session and what impact you hope the course will have. Typically, we can help you measure the impact of this course through:
• Pre-workshop check-in with participants
• Post-workshop check-in with participants
• Key message reinforcement through our ‘stay in touch’ offering.
