Burnout in the workplace is now all too common. This training course encourages participants to be self-aware and to invest in their own wellbeing to reduce the risk of burnout.
The course examines resilience, how to become more resilient and how to manage stressful and challenging situations.
This workshop is designed to reenergise you; helping you to take stock of where the challenge lie at work and what might be triggers for stress and/or anxiety.
Focusing on reducing the risk of emotional burnout and investing some time in taking care of YOU. This workshop starts with self-reflection.
What is workplace wellbeing and how can you self manage? What are your stress triggers and how can you reduce these? How can you help others in the worlpace to manage their wellbeing?
What will the course cover?
- Eaxmining stresses and challenges in our work life
- Understanding the difference between positive and negative stress
- Strategies for reducing stress and anxiety for yourself and others
- Techniques for coping.
Measuring success and Impact
During this workshop we use a version of WRAP to help identify triggers and plan how to manage challenging times.
